There are many budget hotels in Bangkok and usually the best ones are found in the center of the city, in popular districts such as Silom and Sukhumvit. The location is really convenient being surrounded by many businesses catering to foreigners. Plus it's between two of Bangkok's naughty nightlife districts as well as the best bars and clubs available.
