Best Bangkok Hotels Near Nightlife Hotspots

When it comes to the best nightlife action in Asia, the city of Bangkok in the Kingdom of Thailand is the place to be. There are all sorts of clubs, bars and popular lively music scenes to keep visitors entertained all though the night. And who can really say they've been to Bangkok if they've never stepped foot in any one of the city's popular red light districts. No matter what it is you like, Bangkok's nightlife will deliver.

To take full advantage of Bangkok's nightlife experience it's a good decision to stay in the neighborhoods of Silom and Sukhumvit. Both are popular areas with many businesses catering to foreign expats and of course tourists from all over the world. Hotels in those areas vary in price range so you'll find a lot of budget choices for the thrifty travelers as well as luxury class accommodations for anyone who wants to be treated like royalty.

Starting first with Silom, the hub of activity there is called Patpong red light district which is tucked away between the busy roads of Silom and Surawongse. There are plenty of hotels scattered throughout the area but one of the most popular hotel in Patpong is called the Montien Hotel. The entrance of this classy hotel is just a hop skip and away from the nefarious business of go go bars and sex shows. There's also a widely popular night market in Patpong where you can find all sorts of souvenirs and knock off luxury items.

Another popular hotel in Silom is the Siam Heritage Boutique Hotel near the entrance of Patpong. The Siam is a refreshing oasis after being tugged on by sleazy sex touts outside of Patpong. This small stylish boutique hotel gives the true meaning to the words "Thai Style" that is present in their guest rooms and especially throughout the hotel property.

Sukhumvit is basically a long stretch of road that runs through a neighborhood where expats live, eat, drink and of course party. So there are plenty of businesses here that attract tourist as well. You'll find plenty of great clubs inside international hotels with talented jazz bands playing to a large crowd. There are popular discos and clubs such as Q Bar and Bed Supperclub that attract the mostly young seen and be seen crowd in Bangkok. And of course without the addition of any red light districts, Bangkok's nightlife would never be complete. Sukuhmvit road runs through two of the seediest sex districts called Nana and Soi Cowboy.

There are a large mix of business class hotels in the Sukhumvit area that are on the pricey side. But well worth it. Don't worry if you're on a budget. The Dawin Bangkok is a brand new hotel offering excellent introductory room rates. The Amari Boulevard is another fine business hotel with affordable rates for tourist.

Booking a hotel in Silom and Sukhumvit is the smart choice for taking part in Bangkok's busy nightlife scene. You don't have to travel far to find great restaurants and places to hang back and sip a cold beer as you watch the fast paced nightlife scene in Bangkok pass by.
